A new membership will expire on the last day of the month of the following year. A renewal purchase will begin when the current membership expires and expire the last day of the month the following year. Two-year memberships follow the same pattern but end in two years versus one year.

Yes. The Curator level membership will allow an adult guest to attend at no cost with the children/grandchildren on the card without the named members present.

If you’re purchasing a membership as a gift, select the “Gift” Membership option and complete the form for your recipient.

Only the recipient’s name is required, but please provide as much information as possible — it helps us make sure their membership is delivered smoothly and without delay.

If you’d like the gift to start at a later date, simply note the desired start date on the form. We won’t contact the recipient until that date. If no date is specified, the gift membership will be activated within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Yes. Please call the Membership Department at 1-800-832-FISH (3474) or email [email protected] and we can process your refund. We can also remove you from the recurring membership if you wish. The recurring/automated renewal is a selection you made when you placed your original order online.
