Sound Bath Under the Sea returns for Summer 2025! 🌊☺️
The N.C. Aquarium on Roanoke Island welcomes the return of Sound Bath Under the Sea on Wednesday nights from 6:00pm - 6:45pm through August 27. Enjoy the tranquility of our aquatic environment by participating in a sound bath session in front of the Graveyard of the Atlantic shark habitat! For those who are new to sound baths, they are meditative practices that involve immersing oneself in sound, either alone or in a group. The sounds are meant to provide a therapeutic and restorative experience for your body and mind which can help to relieve some tension and stress. Please dress comfortably and bring your own mat, pillow, blanket, or whatever you need to feel comfortable lying on the ground.
