Dancin’ in September

One of our most popular programs starts again in September. Toddler Time for ages 2-5 begins September 3 and will run most Tuesdays and Thursdays through February 2025. There will be crafts, storytime, live animal encounters and maybe even a little dancing like an otter or sea star to get the wiggles out!

Chasin’ the Clouds Away

We’re hoping for clear skies on the 21st day of September for International Coastal Cleanup Day! Join us and Litter Free Land and Sea NC for a beach cleanup across Bogue Banks. Cleanup stations will be at Atlantic Beach, Pine Knoll Shores, Emerald Isle and Radio Island. Bring your reusable water bottle and help us keep marine debris away from our beautiful ocean! The event is free, but we’d love interested participants to register at the link below.

When September Ends

Be sure to set your alarm and wake up when September ends for our three-day Inshore Fishing Workshop Oct. 11-13! Beginners can learn new skills, experienced anglers can get a refresher and everyone can experience the camaraderie between folks who love the water. Learn sustainable fishing practices and enjoy fishing at Fort Macon State Park and at Cape Lookout National Seashore.
